Polyethylene Pipes FASO PE-Xb & SPIRAL protection
The company FASO PLAST, continuing the steady evolutionary progress has produced tubes wired high density polyethylene type b (from networking hydrosilicone to silane, PE Xb) under the brand name FASO PEX.
The FASO PEX pipe production and technical characteristics fully comply with German Standard DIN 16892 & DIN 16893, while the quality is guaranteed by the No. 375 A certificate of inspection of the prestigious German Institute SKZ TeConA GmbH, and the System Management Quality ELOT EN ISO 9001/2000 which is certified by the company.
Special features FASO PEX
Contrary to common polyolefins, the FASO PEX displays resistance to hydrostatic pressure for long periods, which can reach 50 years at temperatures up to 95th C with pressures to overcome and 20 bars (as shown in detail in German Standard DIN 16893).
Polymer Protection System (Multi-Protection System).
During the production process of the expert added FASO PEX stabilizer MD (Metal Deactivator), which protects the tube from degradation (fracture) due to the presence of metal ions to networks that include metal pipes or fittings.
Tubes of high density cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xb)
The cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xb) is a high density polyethylene (HD PE) which after a chemical treatment, the linear polymer macromolecules are joined to form cross-linked network. These links give the polymer exceptional properties.
